Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible. Because many products are handmade, 3D printed, engraved, UV printed or produced in small batches, minor variations in colour, finish, texture or appearance may occur.
These variations do not necessarily mean that the product is faulty.
Custom and personalised orders
Customers are responsible for checking that any names, wording, measurements, colours, artwork, logos or other customisation details they provide are correct before production begins.
Once production of a personalised or custom-made product has started, it may not be possible to change or cancel the order.
Where artwork, logos or other material are supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use that material.
Prices and payment
All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated times shown on the website, but delivery times are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services that are outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our separate Refund & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Personalised or custom-made products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, product photography, original designs and other material on this website belong to 3RD Dimension or are used with permission.
They must not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
To the extent permitted by law, 3RD Dimension is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of products or services.
